The Shop at Lenthall Road Allotments is open every Sunday from 10.30 to 12.30.

Run by volunteers it stocks a range of products useful to the allotment gardener at prices which are competitive with all the local nurseries and DIY stores and with the added convenience of being there, on site.

The products the shop sells help the allotment holder with all stages of cultivation, seed trays and compost, fertilisers and ground improvers and all the things needed to keep crops free of pest and safe from predatory slugs and pigeons.

The shop aims to operate to produce a small profit which is then passed back to the association.

The shop welcomes donations of unwanted equipment, gardening and cookery books, seedlings and seeds which can then be passed on to the benefit of all.
